Burger & Bingo Night – 2024

Friday 8th March in the Upper School Hall. Access through the Y3 doors.
Join us for a family friendly evening of fun bingo and a chance to win some fantastic prizes!
Timings for the evening:
5.00 – 5.30 Doors open
5.30 – 6.00 1 game of bingo
6.00 – 6.30 Food is served
6.30 – 6.45 1 game of bingo
6.45 – 7.00 Ice Lollies
7.00 – 7.30 Final game – Cash flyer
Ticket price includes:
Burger / hot dog / veggie hot dog / Gluten free burger on a gluten free roll
Child’s food option includes a fruity ice lolly
2 Games of bingo
Other food and drink items can be purchased during the evening at our fully stocked and licenced bar. A pre order link to purchase alcohol and soft drinks will be sent out via email before the event. We urge you to use this service so that it helps Friends manage stock and reduce the waiting time with serving drinks on the night.
Tickets are limited so order your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Roll up, roll up it’s Christmas Fair time!
The Christmas Fair magic is happening in school on Friday 29th November & Monday 2nd December and every child will have the opportunity to visit and take part in lots of fun games & stalls including.Chocolate tombola – a Christmas favourite where every child is a winner.
Adopt a bear (R & KS1 Only) – a sell out every year but this year we have enough for every child to take home a new friend!
Elfridges (KS2 Only) – is there anything more special than choosing a present for a loved one?! Let’s hope they can keep it a secret until Christmas!
Christmas crafts – all children will have the opportunity to make a special craft to bring home to you!

And many more…What’s more exciting than going to a Christmas Fair? Nobody goes home empty handed at the Friends Christmas Fair as every child will win a prize at every stall!! We cannot wait to bring the Christmas Fair magic to Coten End!
On your child’s day of the Christmas Fair, they may come into school wearing a Christmas jumper with their school uniform.
The Christmas Fair is a huge fundraiser for Friends and we need your support by kindly buying tickets in advance. There is also the option to buy a donated ticket. All children will attend the Christmas Fair and will be taken by their class teacher during school hours.
Disclaimer: Any edible items will not be consumed within school hours. Chocolate tombola and sweet items will be returned home and parents are to check ingredients before offering to their child.
